Been running this blade for what, 3 years now?



No reason why a bandsaw blade can't last you for years unless you're constantly cutting hardened material.



I remember in welding school, we'd often replace the blades on our Ellis bandsaw's because idiots would let the blade drop on material causing chips in the blade's teeth.

I be luck if the blade on my bandsaw at work last the job. Some of the Milwaukee blades suck. Ive had them come with the teeth in the wrong direction, just snap at the weld instantly, just completely dull out after a cut. Idk whats wrong with their quality control on bandsaw blades

 

I know for the blade I bought for my bandsaw, and those we used for the Ellis (at work and in school) we always had to flip them over.

They were Lenox blades if I remember correctly.

That hella sucks if Milwaukee isn't orienting everything in a consistent manner - you can't even see where the blade was welded unless you really inspect it up close

 

I guess its a issue with Milwaukee blades. My boys brother inlaw is a Milwaukee rep and told him hes had to take back so many blades because of defects

The poppy’s patina kit came in for the wife’s truck today. Gonna do it Saturday. Hopefully it doesn’t turn out like shit!!!! Their leather magnetic koozies are quite nice!
