You should buy a lame for your sourdough and other breads

Could make some pretty cool designs easily

 

Also found a friend today while rolling up to a job interview.

First time I've ever seen one of these native king snakes. I'm not sure what happened to the poor little fella but it was dead within 30 seconds of when I noticed it twitching in the gutter. Super colorful and very smooth

 

good. and you cant trust a skinny baker lol

 

I was thinking about it. I've just been using a razor blade out of my garage (after cleaning a new blade up very well). Did I show you the one that looked like a Jack O Lantern? Made it completely by accident and now I've been putting faces on all of them haha

 

I've always heard it as you can't trust a skinny chef

Was gonna link the one I got (still use it) but it seems they're discontinued

Just had two head types, one for a curved blade and one for a straight setup and they can be pulled off the handle without removing the blade

I saw a few cheap ones on Amazon that came in little kits with proofing baskets but I opted to not get it. I'll probably use this blade for a while and get a lame when I get boarded of ugly smiley faces haha

 

My first sourdough, was stoked with the little floral shit I carved



And of course, baguettes!

Get one that'll give ya a straight blade orientation as well

No kit, just handle and blades

 

4th loaf with some fresh produce from the garden

3rd loaf with a basic X this loaf didn't get very tall but it was still tasty as hell.


Second loaf I tried to make a middle finger


Turned into a Jack O Lantern Vernon looking monster instead
