A good number of drivers in the US simply don't have DL's and shouldn't be driving in general - then there are those that do have a DL and shouldn't be driving anyway cause they're terrible

I’ve met a lot of welders that are just crazy, but once the hood goes down they are solid

Phoenix put a couple partial diverging diamonds on a highway expansion in the last few years, the sideroads end at the highway like a T so it’s not a full diamond though. Haven’t been on one yet, used to use them in City Builder games to ease traffic though haha

 

They started doing this in Reno to. It just confuses people.
