In the military we called them operator AF. Dudes who saw some action movie about navy seals and thought they needed the same gear. Also...usually the guys carrying 2x the standard combat load of ammo, if they actually ever saw combat the only thing they'd be good for was having a steady supply of ammo for the dudes who knew how to shot. Usually fobbits too (dudes who never left the safety of the bases), given I spent the vast majority of my time downrange either flying or in the safety of bases, I did get outside the wire and do some field work (just not lots of it, not my primary job only kinda a side duty). The Air Force training was more or less, you are going out with dudes who know what the fuck they are doing, here is how you stay out of their way and here is how you back them up (no retard you won't be doing what they are, you joined the Air Force...oh and the Hilton's happy hour ends in 2 hours).

You mean I don't need a RTT, portable shower, ARB fridge, 10 gallons of surplus gas, a light bar, roof rack, snorkle, rock lights to go camping and commute to work? What the fuck

Do you commute through Baghdad or maybe southwestern Afghanistan? Cause I'd say you're traveling light for that commute to work.

I bedlined my fender flares...looks great IMO and always stays black, easy to clean and resilient to scratches and doesn't fade. Also easy to touch up if need be.

Armor should be spray painted if it’s gonna get used, easy to repair.
