what do you guys think of 1/4" wheel spacer plates like this...I'm just looking for something to help me not rub the frame at full lock, so I don't need much (barely rubs frame but enough to be annoying)...haven't seen spacers like this before though. Popped up on my search, if they're shit feel free to school me on it

    Screen Shot 2018-11-13 at 11.53.38 AM.jpg

most everything else I see is 1" or more and I don't think I need that much and not to mention those might make my rubbing worse on the cab

Only issue you might face is the lug not catching on alot of threads but 1/4” isnt big so you should be fine. Or just swap to longer studs

yeah I was wondering about that, not sure what's considered unsafe as far as not using enough lug threads but I seem to have plenty right now.

Went ahead and ordered them, only $20 so I'm not out much if they turn out to not be what I need. This way I can have them on for Pismo since they should get here on Friday

All depends on the weight of the gun. Shooting '06 through my M1 is comparable to a 5.56, but the gun weighs 11 pounds.

The thought of all that driving makes me cringe thinking how much gas it would take me, lol.
Not looking forward to that aspect of Pismo, figure I'm looking at at about 3 full tanks for the weekend (1 each way and ~ 1/2 while there or so)

But burning gas is fun. Spending an hour tuning every time you want to run it isn't

Sequoias too which is basically the same thing of course. Gave my set to my buddy's dad to put on his Sequoia.

Yeah you have to tune the carb anytime the weather or altitude you are running it at changes to account for the change in air density

if you run too lean you can overheat and damage the little engine and if it's too rich it will be really sluggish and you will literally blow unburnt fuel out the exhaust
