Les Scab will forever remain on my shit list. I had then deny a tire warranty on a touring tires that was supposed to last 60k that were damn near shot at 20k. Nice even wear and still tried to deny any warranty because my BMW 325is is a sports car. I took getting Toyo involved for them to warranty them. I went to a different location two years later and they scratched all four of my BBS RS wheels. They paid to have them refinished, but I had to do the leg work to get them to a capable shop.

 

If one is going into this business as a green horn with no tech school they need to start in the lube bay. California community colleges are a better value than Why-o-tech or UTI

 

The community college I took that course at had a very very very good trade and technical school. Their auto shop is a Hunter training facility, and they have one of two BMW Training Facilities in the entire nation.

I didn’t pay a dime either.
