How do you know what the belts tight enough but not too tight?

Something squeals at me when the temperatures colder. Hasn’t done it for awhile.

    This^

It was way loose. After feeling the other belts. I could easily move it over an inch and that was why i was getting a squeal.

belts can be tight but still sqeaks at high rpm or like when you hit the ac button and they sell some spray you can use to help it not slip.

I don't think that is a good idea. Keep that shit off the belts. It's poor bandaid at best.

If they are tight, they don't squeal.

It’s a lot smaller than my old one, but 100x easier to put up and the quality just seems better.

Which is surprisingly for coming from Harbor Freight.

Anybody watching Travis Pastrana do the Evel Knievel Cesar’s Palace jump on History Channel?

They’re showing a lot of cool old Evel Knievel footage in the buildup.

It’s not that bad. I didn’t know anything about electrical when I did my power door conversion. I just sat down with all four door connectors and something like 60 connections, popped open the wiring schematic manual, and started labeling wires.

The taillight area frame on this bed are both fubar. I have to teansfer those over as well on top of the bedsides.

It’s actually curved a little. Very slightly though.

I would have just drilled the floor section only.

The wheel wells are FUBAR on the 5-lug too. And after seeing how hard it is to remove spray in bed liner, no way I would be able to get to the spot welds.

I’m already too vested into this. Bedsides are getting swapped.

Trust me. That Bedliner is resilient, I tried an angle grinder with a wire cup and I just upset it even more.
