Doesn't sound totally bad if all your miles were at Pismo :luvya:

Depending on how much I wheel 5k intervals on the air filter are reasonable

Have you checked the inside of your intake tube after your wheeling trip with Tyler & Pismo? I'll never use one of those filters offroad unless it has a prefilter. They suck at filtering. I stick a stock filter element in my airbox anytime my truck sees dirt. Then I pop the K&N back in when I get home.

I only use the K&N drop in cause it was free. The stock intake I bought came with it. My truck came with a full K&N FIPK, hated the sound also so I sold it.

Yup, first time I went offroading in my truck with the K&N system is when I decided that it had to go. Fine dirt on the MAF & inside the intake tube.

Powdercoat would be quicker too cause his paint takes 2 weeks to dry.

I just changed the thermal paste on my 2012 MacBook Pro with Arctic Silver 5. OEM was all dry and crusty. I had the thing apart because my 'N' key was missing, the Left Shift, Option, and Command key didn't work. If you used a shortcut like CMD+C, the computer would crash.

I may have spilled a few drops of gear oil back when I did my conversion. I swapped the upper case (which meant you have to remove EVERYTHING) with my logic board, screen, drives, and other components.

Works great now. What a real PITA that is though. If I wanted to replace only the keyboard, it is something like 100 micro screws. My first laptop was a Sony VAIO. Replacing the keyboard was four plastic clips, a ribbon cable, and 30 seconds.
