I had @Sperrunner ‘s idea of doing a flip. Except I couldn’t I get is smog’d because none of the monitors are ready, except nothing is wrong with the emissions system. I just need to drive it a couple hundred miles.

Except how the hell am I going to do that if I can’t get insurance for it since I can’t register it?

Only in California is it almost bumper to bumper traffic at 11:03 PM.

You can look up the monitor setting conditions and just do that specific driving. We have temp emissions passes and temp insurance for this stuff in WA. But I just looked up what kind of driving was needed to set all my monitors in the taco when I was getting it ready to pass after the rebuild and I just drove at night on roads I knew well so I wouldn't run into traffic while achieving the monitor goals.

I’ll find a way to do it. Once I do some minor bodywork and get the hybrid battery back up and running I’m getting rid of it.

It’s a very nice car, I just don’t like sedans.

Bay Area all my life and used to complain about how bad our traffic was becoming - until I drove down to SoCal (Anaheim to be exact) a few months ago. Screw that. SoCal is much worse both in congestion and driver rage (sorry SoCal). Craziness.

Looks like the warehouse I used to work at until it closed down back in 2004. For a whole month we had wiffle ball games with the boss. Got a bonus for sticking around to help close the site plus free shipping/freight.

just out of curiosity what do those people do? I head up to oxnard quite a bit for work. There are quite a bit of industrial adhesive users up in those parts. Plus I try and time it with good surf.

Those are the people you sell at a higher price and laugh as you leave their fn place haha. One thing I have realized over 15 years of sales, is difficult people arent worth the money. You may want to sell everyone, but not everyone is worth selling.

Yeah I usually would like to word it like that lol, but usually I say something along the lines of our business models arent the same, and my product doesn't work for everyone haha. But that sounds like a great moment!
