The only reason I removed mine originally was because my ride was so miserable with 5100s and 620lb coils even with my steel bumper and winch.

The 880's arent bad at all. A little bit stiffer than stock, but nothing to complain about. They do provide alot of interior rattles on washboard roads though. But thats what volume knobs are for.

Tacos are all rigid plastic and metal retainers. They rattle no matter what, theres no felt or rubber isolators on interior parts. You can make them better by felting all edges and putting little rubber pads on stand offs when you remove and replace a panel.

Your body kinda needs to roll to flex, but if you nerf the flex then yeah itll ride nicer in hard turns at speed, may be more likely to tail slide though. If you adapted the method of attachment that Land Cruisers use for swaybars then you could have no body roll and flex well but it's pretty involved.

If you added stiffer rear springs that could help, nothing wrong with running a rear sway bar either although it's unconventional on leaf sprung solid axle setup

Yeah Ive come to accept this. I used to think it was my sliders hitting the pinch weld that caused most of it, but Ive beat that back so its not possible anymore. Its mainly the defrost vent, and the rear panels that surround the rear speakers/windows best I can tell. Someday Ill take it back apart and replace the broken clips and line it.

Yeah, I wouldn't advocate running it on the trail but with quick disconnects like currie antirock or something similar you get the best of both worlds

The defrost vent uses lame ass push fittings that are a loose fit at best when new, you can use a nut and bolt to solve that rattle fast

Once you've done the dashboard once you can do it all in like 30 mins. Super easy to remove a first gen dash and HVAC
