I've done a mod or two
I wouldn't have a roof-rack on a Taco, the taco is capable of good mileage without huge wind resistance. The cruiser just plain isn't. My nutserts I know are coming off because I heard rolling around in the roof and stopped hard one day and it popped through the sunroof cavity. Luckily Toyota has a subroof on the LC so if the main roof leaks the subroof directs the leak to drains. But I'll probably plug the holes and silicone the plugs for good measure. I'll make it look factory.

yeah the idea was to have it as a place to mount lights and a little extra cargo space, but putting anything up there makes it rattle 100x worse and like you said, my mileage took a big hit when I put it on with the big round lights in the front, too. Just need to think of a way to patch the holes up once I do get around to taking it off

I wired my entire home CCTV system with RG56, crimping Coaxial isn’t that hard. Go buy the tool off Amazon for like $15 and some connectors.

Didn’t think you can cut and crimp radio cabling. For my CB I just have it folded up.

I miss the lack of noise that I had for approx 6 months. Ive got a week off coming up, I may pull some panels and felt line them. And I wanna replace my squeaky add a leaf with a wheelers one with anti squeak pads installed. That should take care of some rake too by lowering the rear a half inch or more.

Im gonna pull the sliders this week sometime and see if it really makes any difference before I decide to sell them.
