1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

When I get a shop, or at least a damn lift I’ll consider properly restoring a car. I hate working on my back, especially under lower cars like Sedans or Sports cars.

 

I have a Niece and a Nephew. My nephew is the same age as me.

16 I think. Junior in High School.

 

Lifts mean lift tools. Suddenly you need much more expensive versions of the various tools you may have. Not saying it's not worth it though, it all takes time. I'm not much for restorations, I don't like perfect things. But I like mechanical soundness and solid electrical work.

I was this close to buying OEM Miller Safety Blue paint for historical accuracy. They sell it for like $10 a can.

The cruiser is one of the only close to perfect things I've owned. I loved that about it and I hate it about it as well. Ruins motivation to do things to it. But I'm over it now, I can't have fun with perfect things and it screams I don't use my stuff.
