At least you got snow. KY just went from a 70* weekend to 20* this weekend and no snow! Just cold and wind! FML

Yeah true. It's supposed to snow for the next week. I guess winter finally hit. That's a big temp change.

 

40 degree drop in a weekend?? That common in your neck of the woods? Nuts man

 

We are supposedly getting some snow Tuesday I think but it most likely won’t amount to much we haven’t had a good snow in 3 years.

 

Not in a weekend. It went from 70 last Sunday to 50’s during the week then Friday morning it was 24 and this morning it’s 17. But yea happens a lot here lately.

 

Sheesh that seems crazy but I guess yeah prolly more common than I've noticed

 

FML i cant even sleep in to 8 anymore. I just always wake up at 6

 

It was 77 here on thursday. High of 44 today...

 

It’s ridiculous! Makes me want to move back down south.

Same here in Indiana. We had +3" of rain during the day Thursday with an early in the day high of 69, and it was in the upper 20's Friday morning and about 15 this morning.

Worst part is when it drops like that after rain, the car doors free shut if parked outside. But.... I have a tip that works real well. Spray windshield deicer on a rag and wipe it around the door opening weatherstrip. Just for fun on Thurs, I wiped down only my drivers door and left my Camry parked outside. Sure enough, the other 3 doors would not budge.

 

That’s a good idea might prevent me from breaking so many door handles

 

Put vegetable oil on the seals work as well. Granted I don't recommend it clings to dirt like desperate bitches on last call

 

Yeah, the deicer works, but you need to re-apply each time you think it will happen. Usually though, I have a can in the car or on my porch (so it's not frozen in the car/trunk!) during the Winter months.

 

My dad learned that the hard way lol

 

The sad part in my case is I have a 4 car garage that rarely drops below 32 degrees, but: 2 1995 Tacomas; 1 2003 Jeep; one bay full of scrap metal, 4 wheeler', welder, torch,,,. So, the Camry sits outside!
