Mine didn’t fail, I lost a bolt or 2 and the other 2 said fck it, so my fault.

Really you should worry if you keep up on your maintenance, which I don’t.

 

I keep up with maintenance but that still won't stop it from getting partly damaged on a trail and then deciding to send me off the side of a mountain on the highway home

I always visually inspect them when I air up my tires but that only really tells you so much

 

Time to long travel

We have the same warning here in San Diego, so far it’s been a whole lot of nothing

There’s also a Toyota Sienna hitch on top, unrelated to the Sienna I’ve been working on.

 

This was really shitty wood. All particle board from old garage cabinets.

 

Those tool boxes are the best ones, easy access

 

Yeah easy access, but they have the storage capacity of jack and shit. I couldn’t fit a damn thing in there.

The trailer tongue box I have now is harder to access, sure. But it easily holds 3x as much as that thing.

Security was also a joke. I replaced the latches with OEM Delta ones and high security tubular locks, but you could open it with a flathead screwdriver.

 

Guess it depends on what you’re trying to store haha, I have chains, full length shovel, and a whole bunch of trash in mine, still have room haha

 

It did. It’s probably sitting in some junkyard now.

 

I keep a lot of tools, flares, two pairs of clothes, food, trailer balls, tow strap, garbage bags, binoculars, moving blankets, jumper cables, ratchet straps, and a lot of other stuff I’m forgetting.
