    Alright guys...so I managed to get my mangled OEM fender quarter panel off pretty easily without taking the bumper off, but I can't seem to fit the new one on...does the bumper need to come off to properly install a new fender panel?

    Nevermind I got it...was hanging up on the area by the corner light... just had to use some force and bend the grill back a bit
    Its on now just gotta bolt it up
