Idler Pulley wheel - WP35001086 - NLA - that pulley wheel looks like one I've used on LGs or Samsungs in the past. I'mma go see if I have one one the truck

The idler pulley hasn't gone bad, just figured we'd replace it since the rollers are getting replaced. Does the bracket itself go bad, or can I reuse it?

 

That pulley wheel I've noticed in my parts is a different Maytag carry over to Whirlpool part number. On that pulley wheel, you're best bet is a used appliance store, they usually fix in house and sell right there and most have a big used parts supply. But if it still spins smooth and isn't chewing up the belt, just lube it up with some Teflon or silicone lube.

 

Can I just replace the wheel, or does the bracket have to go along with it?

 

It spins fine and the belts fine. He just wants to reaplace them. This all he really needs lmao

The wheel itself of the assembly is serviceable

 

My truck is only stocked for refer now.

Have I known about this before i got my trucked inventoried i would of had some

 

If you really need that pulley wheel I could go by my used parts place and get one and mail it, no problemo. But if you really don't need it, not worth the hassle

 

Just figured I'd replace it since we have the machine open. I found a NOS one from eBay, thanks for the help!

 

You know who your talking about right? A decent used one would require sandblasting and a new rubber coating at a minimum.
