This level of financial carelessness disgusts me and makes me want to physically slap the stupid out of the buyer. I don't care if you have the money or you're some sort of god that can make a bank make such a poor decision in your favor. That's just downright careless

 

Nah, it worth it. Lived in Texas, Arizona, Washington State, North Carolina, Kansas, and abroad with the military. California is by far away my favorite. Amazing outdoor activities, great cities, and best of all it’s one of the deepest blue states in the union.

Lots of people with "fuck you" money out here. You can't buy common sense.

This is a case where the value of the property far outweighs the value of the house.

 

Hard pass, turned down a developer job in the Bay Area. I love it up there but don’t love the cost of living to wage ratio.

 

and when the fuck you money runs out if the economy tanks it becomes "I need your help! im broke!"

For the amount of money to be takes to barely scrape an existence out in the Bay Area, I can live like a mogul in Eastern WA. And huge bonus that I dont have to be near so many people and worse their traffic.

 

Easy, just move to Los Angeles and open a La Croix factory. You'll be swimming in cash.

 

Right, I kept my mouth shut living in the deep red states. I get it’s very attractive to many, and it aligns to many virtues and values, just not mine. It doesn’t make theirs wrong or mine right, just like the inverse is true. Best part of the US is their is a spot for everyone.
