Anyone getting rid of a chop saw or bench grinder?

    Or tools, in general.

    I need more tools.

I found my JBL Stealthbox that retails for $600 on there for $100.

I'll go take a look, Craigslist is a little dry. I can get a nice Porter Cable chop saw for about $100, I'm getting tired of cutting my horn brackets with an angle grinder and two food service containers as a stand.

I also need a nice bench grinder, what I do is I put the angle grinder on the floor and step on the trigger with my foot.

Also my Miller welder was probably stolen too. It had a rental tag on it.

The lack of cell reception here while out in the country has given me a lot of time to think.

I've needed to build a test bench for my horns for the longest time. Have a dedicated circuit for each of my different horn setups just as a demonstration piece and a spot to clip on alligator leads with a common ground rail to test them initially.

Originally, I was just going to mount this all on a piece of plywood and use some conveniently placed buttons and wires. How cool would it be to wire a Cadillac DeVille steering wheel to test the horns instead of a boring push button from eBay.

And then it got me thinking: how far can I take this?

I'm going to cut the front clip off a 1980's Cadillac DeVille - bumper, engine bay, windshield, dashboard, and steering wheel - and turn it into a test bench in my garage.

    Because why not.

By the way Tyler that kid sounds like I picture you. *Over the top hipster voice* I listen to vynal records while eating my charcoal birquet steak and hopeless grapefruit beer and sitting in my Tesla.

Charcoal just has a better taste in my opinion. But I love using wood for grilling. Got some black cherry and apple wood and it's awesome for steaks
