In other news I finally swapped out the bearings in my Kings, turns out the misalignment spacers I took forever to order ended up being the wrong size but I was able to reuse the old ones. No more squeaking and clunking from the front end

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
I avoid 3rd gen section. Because if this stuff. Sad too, I work on a lot of those trucks and could probably help

Yes, it was dumb for them to get the hammer. But it was the wrong thread to be funny in. Some new guy now thinks this forum is full of idiots. It wasnt a stupid question, like most dumpster fires originate from. A stiff warning wouldve been better. But staying out of the 3rd gen threads is good advice to live by.

This is one of the few automotive forums where "use the search button" isnt the usual response to new guy questions. Granted some here still say that...a lot, but they are the usual, crotchety suspects. I think the mods have pride in the relatively friendly community theyve created here, and they want to keep it that way, especially when new people come around.

Agree with all of this except staying away from 3rd gen threads. If I can help someone, doesn't matter what they own/drive. Its the ones who slam people just because they bought a new truck and are figuring it out - i mean seriously... wth.

I think we all take a little pride in being part of TW - hell of a group of people and to those of you who have helped answer my q's and put up with me learning about the truck I drive... I thank you.

Yeah stay out of the obviouly bad threads is what I shouldve said. But quite frankly, Ive never been responded to in a good way, in any that Ive posted in.

They will be back no doubt. Just mind boggling sometimes. They seem to have gotten banned faster over there than I have seen some legitimate trolls get banned on other forums
