All the parts are where they need to be to work, some of them are just, in a bind/out of alignment

Depends on what 4Runner you come across. They will all have different gear ratios, but 4.10 is the most common across the Tacoma and 4Runner.

If you find one, get the last 5 digits of the VIN and call your favorite Toyota parts department and ask what the gear ratio is. The gear codes are different between the Tacoma and 4Runner.

Not if it's got all the parts of a 4wd lol. Unless you're talking about gas mileage while in 2wd vs while in 4wd

It’s built on the Nissan Navarra (Frontier) chassis. They’re nothing special.

Basically a rebadged Nissan with a Mercedes drivetrain.

If you need a cheap way to ship something state-to-state, try using www.busfreighter.com — they use the empty space under Grayhound buses going on their usual routes. I’ve shipped some large things from them for relatively cheap.

I drove a Nissan Navarra turbodiesel when I was in the Philippines. It’s a good truck, all the trucks down there (and Asia in general) look like the Ridgeline.
