Fuck Pismo, got so much sand everywhere it's not even funny.

@Sperrunner did your clutch survive the trip home? I've never seen a clutch smoke like that before lmao

 

Yeah its fine, no slipping.

 

The jacket I was wearing yesterday still smells like burnt clutch and campfire, it's a weird combination.

 

How do those tires do in the sand? And what size do you have again?

Ah, you'll get used to it, well I did. Even when there's sand in your food & alcohol. But sand in your butt crack, I'll never get used to that, not a good feeling.

Yeah definitely not. Think I'm over Pismo for awhile lol. I'm sure you guys heard all about it but we did about 20 minutes of wheeling yesterday and 3+ hours of recovery lol. Was fun though.

 

They do well in everything I’ve done with em, just never ran em in sand.

It is until the stock ones hex head strips out. The napa replacements have wrench flats on them thankfully.

 

I cant go back that far, the notifications alone from not checking TW in 36 hours is intimidating enough

 

Yeah, I've had plenty of Pismo trips like that. Still fun when you're drunk & it's not my stuff that got stuck. That's why we only go once every year. Enough to get our fix.
