I bet a short bed regular cab v8 Tundra hauls ass...that'd be fun to drive.

 

My childhood happened in the back "seat" of an extended cab toyota pickup. With my sister. It sucked. I will not put my kids through that.

I bet you could stuff a kid in one of these comfortably, odds are one of the parents is gonna be in the back of the kids awake, until they’re big enough do stuff like hold their own bottle.

Yup those are all horrible family cars. The good thing about the pickup was no airbags, which meant I could ride up front when it was just me and my dad.

 

Who are you again?

 

My 7 year old nephew likes to ride in my truck, every time he gets in he goes "turn off the airbag!!" haha.

My next car is gonna be a sedan/crossover. Theyre just easier, even for a single guy lol. I can whip my sisters Rav4 around lots real easy, and the auto trans is nice. My commute sucks in my 5 speed.

Snapped a couple pics under mine just now cause I was curious. Just some surface rust in places where I've scratched the frame from wheeling, and under the diff from the 10000 times I've hit that on rocks. I should probably clean that up and paint it. But otherwise I don't think I got much if any crustiness from this weekend.

 

yes that's a zip tie on my frame, it keeps the wiring for the rear o2 sensor from hanging down too low...temp fix until I pull the floor panel and pull the wire up from inside lol.

 

My latest acquisition, 2000 YZ426F, had to drive 6 hours round trip to get it, but I think I got a hell of a deal.
