I think that started happening to me around the time I turned ~32, it's not so much getting hurt that happens more easily it's the recovery that takes way longer and is way less forgiving if I don't give it the time it needs. If I pull something or get really sore doing something I don't bounce back from it as easily lol. I guess it's all downhill from here

I bet you'll find your recovery time and progress is quicker of you warm up or stretch too :)

I've always been bad about warming up before gym workouts. I go to the gym after work and it's usually the last thing I want to do, so I get in and get out as quick as I can especially because it gets crowded AF around 6pm.

I do have to warm up stretch before my hockey games though. Didn't need to as a kid really but if I don't do it these days I'll really regret it the next morning.

Most people think they suck at ice skating because they use rental skates that the rinks provide, and rental skates are intentionally kept dull as hell to prevent people from cutting each other when they fall down.

But the irony is that dull skates are impossible to skate on and make you that much more prone to falling. I've been skating for 20 years and last time I had to rent skates when I was out of town, I could barely skate on them.

Getcha some cheap recreational ice skates that you can get properly sharpened and I bet you'll learn in no time.

I haven’t found a single one with seats that were intact.

That’s because you are in a junkyard. No car has seats intact there

Plenty of them do. Just not the popular cars.

Where do you think I got my Scion tC and Lexus ES300 seats?
