I'm leaning more toward the Coastal Offroad DIY one at the moment since it's around $600 I think shipped.

See how I feel about welding it myself once I get some practice in over the summer, got a weekend intro course at a local community college next month.

As long as you go slow and grind out the joints for more penetration it should be a good project since you can weld both sides and grind down the side that will be showing.

I bought it maybe two years ago, it was a fully optioned Predator Bumper and sliders. I didn’t get the rear bumper. Was too good of a deal, but it was in Riverside. I found a kind member who was moving to the Silicon Valley who took it up for me on their U-Haul.

However it’s the DIY armor and I don’t trust my welding skills to put it together yet.

My welder at the time couldn’t handle 3/16ths steel either, that’s why I bought the Miller.

Not a pro at all, but just following what he says makes it pretty easy to actually make progress.

I'm going to weld my bumper together with a cheap flux core welder and grind the shit out of my sloppy ass welds lol

Man I bought a Hobart 140 with a cart and a tank for $350 on OfferUp. If you can get a Hobart or Miller 140 it will make it way better.

I'll keep an eye out, after I take the intro class next month I should have a better idea how I want to move forward with it.

I thought you ordered a NWOR bumper? Either way deals pop up, I got my Relentless predator back in the day for $300 about 75mi from where I lived

Nah I held off cause that was right around the time I opted to pay off my CC instead. And looking at the NWTI one, from the side angles it sticks out too far for my liking. The Coastal Offroad DIY kit is only slightly more $ and doesn't stick out as far, so I think I'm going to go with that one later this summer. After I take my welding course and see how I fair with that.
