Nope, but my dad does out source rn for parts he needes CnC and he thought about just buying a cnc

Yeah my lil brother has a portaband with the Swag Offroad table. I might have got one too if I didn't get a great deal on my first horiz bandsaw. I love horiz bandsaws.

 

Ah I see, vertical bandsaws like that are usualy for wood. The spindle speed is too fast for metal & is why you might be having trouble cutting metals. Can tell if it's a metal vertical bandsaws cause they are usually much beefier.

But that horizontal bandsaw can be used in the vertical position too. Just need to make a table for it if it doesn't come with it. The ones that come with it are just flimsy sheet metal anyway.

 

I wish I could have a big ol horiz bandsaw. But no room

Between 7 toolboxes, 3 cars, a stronghold cabinet, ladders, welder, plasma cutter, bins of rags, and a bunch of other shit, I’m literally out of garage space

Tis only a 3 car garage with 800 sq ft

 

It does fine with metal as long as its a quick cut. Anything getting long its hard to get a strait cut going

 

Hang the ladders on the celling

 

I can’t because of how the steel beams are setup in the garage.

 

Just make wood roll cage for the garage and hang it that way

Could be the blade is worn and/or wrong tooth count for what you are cutting. Worn blade tends to wander on the cut no matter what you do. Or check blade tension, too loose can cause that too if the blade is good.

The wood blade is good. Just the metal blades
