First I was going to make a jab about broken down Jeeps, but it seemed kind of hypocritical considering how often I have my truck on jack stands lol. And most of all it sucks that someone got killed. That would not be a good way to go.

I was helping a friend out here do his 2nd gen brake lines the day after the 2nd (bigger) earthquake hit, it was in the back of my mind the whole time. At one point I thought I felt the truck moving and rolled my ass out from underneath as fast as I could haha. Luckily no quakes though.

 

I'm like that anyways but for my truck I usually don't have to lift it to work on it. On cars though. Scary underneath.

 

Dude, my mom has been trying to get me to vacation with them when they go to OBX and it is on the bucket list. I remember when I was like 9, we lived in VA Beach, and going to NC with a friend to his grandparents for a couple weeks during summer. Friends grandpa took us to the beach to catch the Blues that were running. Omg what a riot. I was really tempted to relocate back east again but I'd miss my pops and brothers and sis too much

 

The only time I was actually underneath it was when we were doing the rears, and the rear tires were still on...just the fronts were off. Still would've hurt but likely not have been deadly.

 

Hahaha been there before. I coulda sworn it started rolling but I was seeing things and I was out so quick from underneath lol

 

He says that same stupid comment every time, but remember he's fun size so that might actually work for him. Pretty much anyone who isn't legally a small person won't fit in a taco with suspension seats cause there's no headroom
