Nah its the perspective. Its not touching the garage floor. Kinda like how when you hold a fish closer to the camera it appears big.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
[IMG] Took all of 1 hour total.. going to clean out the evaporator and heater core while I’m here. Running some new wires for future upgrades from the junction blocks too. Some slight sound deadening and wrapping the dash harness in Tessa tape to kill rattles and shit... I do things in excess

Tuff Stuff is hands down the best interior cleaner Ive used. Carpet, plastic, seats, it doesnt matter. Pretty much brake cleaner for interior parts.

My vinyl floor is toast. Whatever it was ate through the vinyl, going to order aftermarket carpet for a access cab and trim it to fit... should fit I hope

Yeah vinyl in general is horrible lol. A nice thick carpet like @BTB has would be killer.

And even a new oem won't have that little original VIN sticker :D I'm an original nerd, even if slightly unsightly, etc. Nothing ever fits like the original piece that was set up and installed with the jigs and equipment on the factory line

I’m thinking of the mass backed stuff, basic not super fluffy stuff. Cabs small and not difficult shapes so shouldn’t be too bad to install

That's going on with my green hundy. I've had it in a garage for last year and a half to help mitigate it

Yea it seems like a good idea. I’m trying to kill as much noise as I can. Going so far as doing a factory muffler with a cutout around it so I can make it quiet or loud depending on how I feel.

The mass loaded or backed stuff is where you get real sound wave dampening. Good choice. I'd do it in all my vehicles. These new concrete highways are much noisier than the asphalt roads. The noise is extra bad in a base model taco

I meant more for body panels lining up and stuff. But yeah aftermarket stuff has its place. Just hard to beat original quality, even if rebuilt.
