How do I do that? I unplugged the white wire and with the multimeter between it and the pin measured 123v

I ohmed each of the wires and the common and none of them had infinite resistance so it seems like the windings are ok

 

that is coming in the next days, once I get that spare tire off lol

 

A little bondo would fix that right up

And you want to look for a Open loop but it may only happen when hot

But if the fan gets power but doesn’t spin then the motor is bad

I always use Ben's pics of it but somewhere I have my own and they show just how messed up everything is too. Like the doors look okay from a distance but the frames are bent and the roof is so buckled I gained 5" of head room, the sliders were bent and bent the frame inward... etc

 

It may not be fully open, unless the fan has completely stopped. It sounds like the run winding is going bad. Building up more and more resistance as it overheats, but resistance should be higher as it runs slower and slower. Might be looking at a motor? How old is the system?

 

When the fan kicks off I am seeing 23-24v between each of the 4 speed wires and common . Bad blower fan?

 

I like the shock on the tool box or whatever it’s on
