1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

just the Corolla, i test drove a silver one with the 6sp MT, but all those electronics really weirded me out!!
I have never had anything other than a Toyota since HS in 1990
driven every one until the wheels fell off so to speak

 

I've been fortunate to have gifted to me free Starbucks (almost every other day), sushi lunches, tons of different bottles of liquors (from Sake, to nice Tequila's and wines from personal vineyards), gift cards (the most being $1,000 for BestBuy) but today I got a thoughtful gift -



Never used (new, but put together) baitcaster. Customer and I had talked about hunting and fishing and I had mentioned that I've never learned to fish in my life. Here's to learning.

 

i tried fishing once, then I saw that fish bleed real red blood
i was unaware of that going in...

Hybrid? I saw where the non hatch corolla hybrids are pretty much the same price as the normal models at my local dealer.

damn the one i was checking out was nearly $24k before all the out-the-door extras

flame blue is the only color that interests me, but they cannot find an MT that isn't 100s of miles away

maybe in the next round they make the green one, that would be nice

I would be too, soo damn hot I just want to sit inside, catch up on some tv shows and eat ice cream.

 

It's nice not having to constantly adjust the cruise up and down when traffic is a little hectic though huh.
