Nm then, I thought they involved removing the sections that were rusted through.

Thats what I thought too. I was thinking more along the lines of welind on frame plates. But, didn't even know that slide over replacements were an option.

I always try to make work interesting for my employees; few months back I dared any one of them (I've got 12 sales guys) to eat this chip -

    unnamed (1).jpg

Well, we waited until the last hour of the day and one guy stepped up to the challenge.

He eats it, and says it's pretty hot...

5 minutes later it's really burning...

Other people sticking around are somewhat disappointed so they're getting ready to leave etc.

Another 10 minutes later, I'm about to leave only to get a call as soon as I jump into my car "Hector's panicking! He's crying..." etc.

I come back in to find him with his head under the sink, running cold water on himself. That wasn't enough, he shed his jacket, then his shirt, cause he was saying he can't breath and his whole body is tingling and on fire :rofl:this was all while running outside to soak in the rain.

This lasted for another 10-15 minutes so I went out, bought him half a gallon of milk, and he was able to survive the night.

Next morning, I get a text asking if he can miss work cause his stomach was killing him.

I had a similar experience at work eating some crazy hot sauce someone brought in, can't remember what it was but it had me on the ground in the fetal position

But hey he gets a day off for it haha

Well you can have them, heck I even have a lemon tree outside my house.

No hot Cheetos, tomatoes, or avocado for me.

Speaking of food, I'm thinking a bacon sandwich of some sort...
