Not a lot of Popeyes in the Northwest, gotta try real hard to find one. The consensus up here is they're gross like long john silvers. Seeing more and more chic fil a, church's and Canes are common in the southwest

I'd eat anything in my truck, it's a truck. Hell we went and got a shitload of panda express (fucking gross but cheap) and taco Bell and ate it in my buddy's new BMW m3 the other day. Everything cleans up besides cigarette smoke

I cant remember the last time Ive eaten at a popeyes either. I think theyre gross too. Everybody is talking about how this new chicken sandwich they got now is better than Chick fil a.

*Laughs in Bojangles. Cajun Filet sandwich ftw.

Popeyes has a pretty derogatory name used up here, it's really not well liked. I'd be surprised with how many good mom and pop burger and sandwich places there are in the PNW that anyone even tried the new sandwich yet here

Panda Express. Or as I like to call it, diabetes laden "chinese" food. So sugary.

I used to eat lunch in my truck all the time. Sandwiches mostly.

Weve got so many chicken shack chains in the southeast that Popeyes probably had to come up with something new to stay relevant. Their name has always been used in a derogatory way around here too.

That's exactly what it is, everything there, even shit like noodles are way over sweetened. My friends like it more than I do so when we go I just order things without sauces and use some soy sauce if I have to.

Also, holy crap it's nice out...

Is this your pad now? Or are you still housesitting?

Its pitch black out here, and so humid today that the water has been lingering in the air. Not really rain, but you need to hit the wipers every now and then.

I'm still sitting. Last night here. The land is amazing, would love to live out this way, no neighbors, a few acres, well mannered herd of horses. Its like 72°, no humidity whatsoever

My place is pretty nice too but not picture worthy yet, haven't set up the garage and torn into anything yet haha.

I wouldn’t do this. This question comes up a lot and I always advise against it simply because it makes things more complicated. This is not a hard swap, you can have it done in a weekend.

    4 run, 2 don't
Guess I ask the question because I hate having everything go right, only to reach an unexpected "uh oh".

For instance, leaf springs are easy to swap...but I had to go to Lowe's to buy a damn ratchet strap because I didn't have rope or the sort to pull the axle back in place (and hold it) to get the bolt through the eyelet.

To be on the safe side, I'll just take vacation time to do the install; get paid while I convert to 4x4 :D

If you must, the whole front drivetrain can be done with the vehicle still drivable. Both steering knuckles, and the front differential.

If you follow my advice and have the driveshaft shortened by a shop, you can drive the truck in 4HI as a FWD vehicle without the rear driveshaft normally. I drove like this for maybe a month while I got my ducks in a row.

Is your check engine light on?

Because your engine appears to be missing.

Going to be fun sitting in the truck tearing out the dash in 95+ heat tomorrow. Only broke one bolt between both trucks and it was the Tacoma's exhaust down pipe bolt. I spaced spraying some PB this morning.
