~2011 Ford Explorer base trim. I have a hate for these after my father got my mother one when she specifically asked for a 5th gen 4Runner.

 

Close. 2012 model year.

the radios in a terrible spot. touch screens can be useless in sun.

 

If only that was my problem . Stupid truck is still drinking coolant. Gotta be getting in the combustion chamber one way or another. My thought of it maybe being the iac valve is wrong. TB is bone dry, guess I didnt look in there well enough last time. My dad seems dead set on selling it. Wants to list it sometime this week.

 

i'll give ya $250 and come pick it up next month.

I hate em cause its another mom mobile that their owners love to make look like Police cruisers.

 

Its got a mint interior, exterior looks great from 6 feet away. Most that I see for sale look like they've been drug through the mud hole many times in their life, and have every cheap led ever made stuck to the grille. I see this going to someone that wants a clean truck and is willing to do a rebuild. Hopefully it doesnt get trashed. Gonna put it up for $6k and ask for offers. Can always lower the price later.

 

I’d probably make the trek out there to pickup something clean like that. But winters coming and it’d be stuck outside. Can’t do that to it. I’m sure it’ll find a decent home

 

Where exactly do you plan to park all these cars?

All @Empty_Lord needs to do is quit his job and start a youtube channel for his many broken Toyota vehicles. A few years from now he could have his 3 car lift and enormous garage. Heck, my 92 would give him atleast 6 episodes for a rebuild series.

 

ive seriously considered the youtube life. but im terrible with cameras and editing. i'd love to document the rebuild of the taco. i still can if i can figure out how to do it.. all i have is the control arms on it and a steering rack..

 

a pole barn that could fit everything i could want would be 50k to build... with radiant heat and a/c
