Think they also had commercials for those colored computers.

 

I for one am glad I didn't start getting into Photoshop until they introduced the ability to use layers in the program....the thought of working on an image without layers terrifies me, but apparently it was like that until the late 90s or so.

That would be the iMac G3. My grade school's computer lab were stocked with these.

 

Earliest I worked with was Photoshop 7.0 and it is primitive haha

 

Get a Sony Triniton studio monitor. The only reason CRT's still have value is for the Super Smash Bros. community because of the high refresh rate.

The Trinton studio monitor is like the holy grail for the fighting game community.

That's got me beat, I didn't start using it until CS 2 or 3 which was around 2006

 

First game I remember playing was Putt Putt's Adventure. I remember they always came as add-ons on a full retail game as a demo disk and there were areas of the map that were locked to the full version. Circa 1995

I use to have tons of those, but they're not single color input, they're not fine monitors. They're good for composite signals and television grade input 480 - 530 lines. A computer monitor CRT has a fiber dot pitch and can separate it's color and sync signals for more clarity

I have all of these games backed up from my childhood, everything Humongous Entertainment made I still have and I made playable on Android, apple, and Modern 32 and 64 bit windows. Did you know the voice actress for Pajama Sam is also the actress for Bobby Hill

 

Tempted to get one for my event recording setup. My camera has BNC on it.

 

I have fond memories of tonka games in my early years. My first pc was a gateway with a pentium overdrive. Loaded up with tons of ram (for the time) and extra l3 cache stick. Sri rage graphics... shit was badass back in 96. My dad gave it to me in 99.. when I was 4 lol

I still have it too.

 

I'm happy to see they're still around, and also developing on Steam and mobile platforms.

 

ATI rage pro 128 was the shit back in the pre 3d acceleration days. I had a Tonka game too back then, can't remember which one tho.
