I’ve seen worse. I watched that movie through.

There’s movies I’ve seen where I walked out halfway through.

I've got two Millennials and a Gen Z. My Gen Z's friends hang out here (in my garage) when he's home from out of town. They've been teaching me a lot of new stuff.

Huh. Im actually doing this as a way to get more familiar with designing my own plc circuit/choosing components etc. Crushing cans is about the easiest process that one can fully automate, otherwise Id do something else. My boss told me he'd hook me up with a plc to use versus me having to buy one which is neat.

This is a bad video, but this guys concept is what I want to sorta copy. Although he has a ton of buttons for such a simple process. My goal is a start/stop/estop only. Manual and automatic modes as well, which should be doable without adding as many buttons as that guy.

Also, the way that thing is built is really ghetto. I want to take my time and do it right so I have something to show off and be proud of. Gonna build a frame from one inch square tube, with the can hopper and other components out of mdf. And a control panel thats layed out nicely. Not gonna rush it, I need to spread this out over quite a few paychecks.

I thought I made a mistake once. However, I was just mistaken.
