    got friggn rusty already in the damned hole i could not fill
    and it has not yet snowed wot the heck
    still trying to figure out how to get that broken screw out of there to end this fiasco

    What is the price of the house you are looking at?

    $500 a day is a pretty nice return. I don't think I would sell as much as I could. Maybe half, lowering monthly payments is a pretty good idea, and holding onto the stock would be my recommendation. That way you could sell stock if you needed money in the future.

    heading to harbor freights this week for air compressor
    they probably have an extraction tool there

    these bolts were a beast to remove in the first place, i remember
    maybe broken one is easier to get out who knows

    Just the 10%. There are different percentages but essentially it's close to 10% total.

    Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
    drill it out and tap it. just has to be straight. if you dont trust your self im sure a body shop would do it for 50 bucks.
