Could a modified version of the plate be used for the dynamic tensioner

 

I tried to devise a plate to make it useable but pulley alignment is damn near impossible

 

If I could have a good static tensioner it will work fine for now. I believe the one bolt still goes through the hole I’m having issues with. But I don’t need it to be so tight so a timesert won’t rip out like I kept having issues with
