8 hot 6/7 crazy is too close to the edge anyway...you're just one random late night text message or work email away from her spilling over into crazy territory and then goes nuts on you

Wait...does she work with you and bring you stuff or she randomly brings stuff to you where you work?

i am proud that my seriously old truck made it that far north, granted it wasn't in the winter season (i have been near there in Michigan in the middle of the winter maybe 20years ago and it gets nasty up there off the lake)

Yeah, a deciding game 7 would be ideal from an entertaining aspect. Not so much for a specific team fan's perspective.

Her family had purchased 2 vehicles from us over the last 2-3 years.

She came in, and we had a nice long talk that night and I remember her coming in the next day and bringing me a lunch.

She came in 3-4 more times after that to say hi, chat for a bit, etc.

So she knows where I work, and that's the only place we 'hang out' momentarily. She's always nice and greeting those around her, but made it a point that she was here to see me when she'd visit

Lol I wouldn't downplay ur truck that much for the age it's at and condition it's in. Too much neuroticism from you my friend. To put it into perspective I ran my old dodge (year older than urs, a 1997) up north in AZ with 2 of my spark plugs down( on 6 cylinders), and 200k miles and I wasn't worried about shit. Gotta tune out your worries and drive hombre

Some of us are programmed differently; I'm the type that'll stay up all night to finish something if it's broken, etc.

I had originally planned to relax yesterday but instead hit up parts stores, etc. to replace my transmission oil pan gasket.

It was only seeping, no actual drip, with no real loss of fluid (I checked it several times).

Still, I replaced it the next day; never knew Toyota used so much RTV on a pan before until some guys in here confirmed it for me.

I mean I get the compulsion to complete tasks, trust me I've done my fair share of work at weird times just to finish it lol. I also understand taking pride in your vehicle; everyone's vehicles should be their pride and glory with amount of money and time spent with them. My dodges paint was peeling to the metal but I still flipped shit when people would door ding it at the gym, and I'd park FAR away, etc. But excessive and obsessive worrying is different from the two and it's just gonna make the joy of owning a Toyota shitty for you. Send it now and have fun, worry later--- my 2 cents

oh I'm sure lol, but by then it won't be a daily driver anymore so it won't bother me as much when it sounds like it's going to fall apart

quiet, comfortable, easy to park, what's not to like? Plus the power to weight ratio is probably better than the Tacoma so it'll be more fun to drive too :luvya:
