Unless I'm missing it, it doesn't say its a Tacoma Prerunner anywhere. Im betting it's a 5lug converted into an actual prerunner

 

Little tiny 215/70R14 tires too. What gearing did/does it have? Can you tell from that report?

 

Judging by the wiring instructions tires. Probably 5 lug. 6 lugs never came with 14” wheels
