I always think the same when people put a 33" or bigger spare on the roof rack...nothing like having to manhandle a 75+ lb tire/wheel off the roof of a lifted truck. I used to keep mine in the bed before the tire gate swingout and the one time I needed to access it to change it out was a huge pain in the ass with all the camping gear stuffed around it. Luckily it's way more accessible now

 

Looks like a weird half rack thing, dunno if you could even get a tent on there. Not sure what that's for
