i would like to see what your blend door is looking like to diagnose mine if possible

 

i did not
found a temp fix mod for mine after 10k of excruciating miles i was so pissed!

 

i assume all of the foam cushion stuff disentegrated a long time ago?
this is why mine is rattling at highway speeds with fresh air coming in
need to figure out how difficult to get to the trap door thingie
any idea or help figuring it out is appreciated

 

I've seen these pop up time to time. Converting LBJ to take a heim joint right?

 

is this what i need to dig to to get to the source of my damned flapping wind induced rattle?

 

these parts are hard to find!
i often wonder how many of them were in good/great condition still and crushed about 10 years ago

 

how far do i need to dig to get this far for the rattle
is this maybe where its flapping at

from Toyota dealer new or a used salvage type of place?

 

did they have the true old school SR5 model for those to fit in?
