    Alright, posted this in the RTT & UTAH BS thread but not much going on there. Recently had a problem with the Tepui, this broke off. [​IMG]

    You'd think it wouldn't be too big of a deal, however when I fold up the tent it causes that side of the rainfly to bunch up across the otherside and basically pulls the canopy zipper around on the rails, which then is causing other parts to be stressed and start tear. Anyway, long story short I got the replacement part from Tepui. Wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to reattach it? Was thinking either try the hand at sewing or just tear-aid it onto the outside of the fabric.

    Make a cut in the seam and insert it in. Then put a running sitch with a catch stich over that. Should be super strong.

    My mom has one. Idk how to use it. But my grandma taught me how to stitch at a young age so i can fix my shit because i was always tearing holes in my clothes
