    I've just tipped em down and pushed up at the pinion, it's tight but it came out. Makes it easier to move the engine for sure tho.

    Yeah that looks bad for a couple reasons. Ice is no bueno and that rust colored rubber isn't promising either.

    Also did it have a dual battery setup, that battery is on the wrong side. Unless it was a 92

    You do you boo, just sayin work/life balance is very real. Enjoying what you do for work is a huge accomplishment most people don't achieve so that's awesome you feel that way. But be sure to use some of that hard earned money to treat yo'self and enjoy non-work related things from time to time

    93 and 97 have the same DOHC engine. 93 just has a better and much larger transmission. If it's the pushrod 4.0 its a 92 or below.

    Yeah the old 3F-E is short because the head is just a cast iron wedge and the valve cover is a small deal too since it's only rockers up there.

    The 1FZ can boogy and has way more torque and top end, as a bonus the crank, rods, and cams are way stronger too. The 3F-E was a low power carb engine that was converted to EFI when the 60 series turned into the 62 series in the early 80s. It was a holdover that should have never been in such a heavy vehicle like the 80.

    It's a stud on the differential. You have to lift it up very deliberately for it to clear the frame.

    I've got a few box wrenches that say "W. GERMANY" on them.

    @Wulf

    The best advice I've gotten is to "rotate it forward". I did that at the junkyard and got it out in a few minutes. The pinion flange will want to hit the transmission bellhousing.

    So our dog is really My dog; when I get home Luna is crazy excited and follows me EVERYWHERE.

    I'm used to this as we've had her since 8 weeks old....6 years ago.

    Anyway, when I get home from a 13hr work day I'm quick to get comfortable and take a shower. Luna Always follows me to the bathroom and lays on the bath mat. Every now and then she will suddenly jump in the shower; I'm too exhausted for this shit today lol

    Cell booster seems more useful. Your Sony can shoot video

    I can’t strap my Sony to a dog though, guess I couldn’t but would rather not

    I've never seen a GoPro vid from a dog that was even remotely watchable. It's always shaky as fuck and aimed at nothing.
