Winter gas maybe? Dunno if you guys get it in AZ though

For cleaning the MAF make sure you get a MAF specific cleaner, I get the CRC brand from the auto parts store

The people that buy their appliances off the facebooks....... I feel bad, they're usually going bad or already part defective. Unless it's old School appliances friends don't let friends buy electronics, including appliances, from the facebooks

Might be worth trying just pulling the EFI fuse under hood for a few minutes so the fuel system will remap. Special crc MAF cleaner works

not too sure but I have a hunch MAF may be the case, I do use oiled k&n filter. I will also check my air filter but it shouldn't be too bad. Here in Az were still not below the 50's so I doubt winter gas or even if I get it in my area.

I haven't tried pulling the fuse yet but I guess I should try that during my lunch and let it reset. That works better than pulling battery terminals because all of the clock and stuff does not reset right? Seems everyone uses crc so that's what I'll be going with haha

Since I put the tire swing out on I'm lucky to get 200 miles to a tank now lol. It's starting to get bad enough I think I need to do a full tune up. Spark plugs are iridiums and only have about 45k on them but maybe I should pull one just to see what it looks like. Since the truck still likes to ping lightly under the right/wrong conditions they might be gooched already.

Wow that's a new thing to me as well. Pretty slick looking. Like you reverse your bed set up and loading. Lol. You load up top then middle and then bottom of bed. Could be hella convenient.

Dude. A team/company could really kill it if they did those canback style toppers and did it no expense spared and the highest quality possible. I guarantee you that company will be successful and the high price stuff will sell. Last ten years of life has proven me completely wrong on way I thought none of that stuff would catch on because of price..... We could do it man....

After cleaning & re-charging the CAI filter I wait a few days then clean the MAF and throttle body of excess filter oil.

I never thought this market would catch on to all this stuff. I would love to design a way overbuilt and bullet proof one, just like that exists kinda lol, and run the business right. The market is there. Some business is gonna get that niche market share. Damn.

I'm sure it's fine as long as you don't go crazy and oil the filter like it's the free pre-dinner bread at Olive Garden...I had one of those in my '99 many years back and it did ruin my MAF but knowing 19 year old me I probably doused it without knowing any better.
