update to my very mild mpg issue, I pulled the efi fuse the other day and noticed the contact spots were "scorched" appearing and black. The fuse was not blown, but I changed it due to the scorched looks. will finish off this other half a tank of gas and update. Next will be MAF cleaning, but i'll prolly do it here soon regardless lol

With the type of shooting I do, having perfect ammo isnt as crucial as prs type stuff. Its way more skill involved, whereas with prs shooting you can essentialy buy your way to victory once youve got the skill part down.
    :crapstorm:

And with gas guns and 70 year old bolt rifles, perfect ammo only can do so much for you.

A couple of SR30 lowers on SR15 uppers as well as everything from an M4 clone with PEQ2 IR, MK12 Mod 0 and Mod H clones, and a few other toys.

SR15 lowers are banned in CA by name, so we have to use an SR30 lower.

My gunclub has a big benchrest following. Bunch of landwhales that show up to their matches. They drill holes in the concrete benches so they get the same spot every time.

Yeah I've never understood the allure.

I mean, I get it...you're putting all your shots in 1 hole.

Try that with no more than a bipod, or bipod and bag, and you'll see a lot more of it relies on the shooter trying to be consistent.

In PRS matches, you'll do it off a blockade, weak hand, etc.

It really is; avocado toast and firearm regulations up the ass.

For every firearm rule/restriction, we should ban 1 avocado dish.

If I run for governor for that state I got your vote lol. Cause all gun laws would be revoked and avocados will be ban.

I joined a few high power matches while I was in the marine corps still; pretty fun stuff and you learn different ways to sling up and create a solid, stable position.

And the way they inspect rifles at nationals, its impossible to cheat the rules. The cmp will strip guns to their stocks after the Natl Vintage sniper matches at Perry.
