One of those single shot uppers runs like 1500 whereas my LT would cost more than double lol

I'm sure the same can be said for both.

On the other corvette, I have to open the clamshell hood only to undo some bolts on top, and get a wrench in between the body panels to remove the panel on the side of the car to replace the battery.

I'm glad I never had an issue with my C6 fuel pump or anything. A lot of people dont know this but the C6 has 2 fuel tanks that flank the rear glass. Pain in the ass job if you ever had to dig into that.

That one I will give you. What a pain it looks like. I haven't done axle seals on a semi float rear yet.
I'm definitely trying to keep from needing it by making sure my rear diff breather cap is clear and turns freely every time I'm under the truck. I was spoiled before the taco, 80 series Cruiser full float rear AND front axles. Axle work was actually fun to do on that thing

Wasn't exactly happy about it lol but yeah most of my wrenching on those 350s were from 3rd and 4th gen f bodys, c3 to c6 vettes and a few pick ups now and then.

My first mod any time I got an f body was almost always a set of long tubes. Afterward, I dug into maintenance.

I know I mentioned getting a bumper but maybe I should prioritize and buy those axles first. Got a diff I need to pick up and I'll have the front drive train parts for my swap...
