Not in Santa Cruz; you're not a local yet unless you only shop at Wholefoods, incorporate avocados in all your meals from your own garden, and go non GMO and gluten free.

Oh and all your furniture has to be rustic antique shit bought at a thrift store.

There was a guy who had a fairly new bass boat in the little town where I lived for a couple of years. So he was having an affair with a girl that worked at his store. He would tell his wife that he was going fishing and park the boat on a back lot somewhere to hang out with his GF. One night the boat mysteriously caught fire and burned to a crisp.

The local sheriff paid a visit to his house looking for him to report the fire. Naturally his wife got the news first. When he got home from the fishing trip, his wife wanted to know why he didn't bring the boat back. :anonymous:

At the time, it had a lot of take off for a little car. It was fun jumping around in heavy traffic.

No still soft. I really think it’s because of no weight in the bed and e rated tires the note I think of it

I think the only part of Santa Cruz I'd actually consider living in is the Santa Cruz mountains...the city itself is too much like a mini San Francisco but with way less poop on the streets

You will run into some shit faced homeless people cursing out anyone within 50ft of them.

You're right though, the mountains are real nice but expensive.

If you were there in the warmer months, I know a ton of hiking trails out there just on or outside of UCSC including a cave.

My wife and I got married at Big Basin there in the SC mountains last year in Sept...right there by Boulder Creek which is a cool little town. We come up here fairly often since its one of her favorite places she grew up in. Usually around xmas though

Back when I lived there I was right outside Santa Cruz in Aptos. It was pretty sleepy by comparison

That's pretty cool, yeah I'm familiar with all the parks and trails out there; no such thing as going out there too many times.

Oh nice that's where we are right now lol. The house we rent every year is here in Aptos. This area is nice it's more the boardwalk area I like to avoid.

Yeah when we were looking for the place to do the venue we came out here like 6 times over 2 or 3 months, was starting to drive me nuts but being in those mountains always made it enjoyable.

    Yeah.

There are a few trails out there that the locals like to keep hush hush about, to include members on here that live in SC :anonymous:
