Glad I'm not the only one. My driver side fender skirt is ziptied in place too bc the plastic rivets broke. Zipties are saints

I'm 34; been on the other side of fun too many times.

Bless those San Diego PD for sending us home vs arresting us for bar fights. That's all I'll mention here...

I'm so happy I went the right route then lol.

Anyone know how to get the lil metal piece under the headlight to pop into place? will attach pics during lunch I'm on shift rn. I also had to smack the headlights on each side a bit to get them to match haha. One of them sat sideways and I smacked it a bit, it broke loose and then reset to where they now match. Beam pattern is so nice and wide, it's a lil low but i'm not gonna adjust it bc when I lift the front I won't have to adjust them after

was just reading through the thread again that I linked you too...it's painful to read lol. That guy was way in over his head on that trail in particular, and when he gets stuck a group of fucking morons with winches happens to show up and hatches the worst plan in history to try and 'save' him - ends up pulling his truck off the rear axle instead. Although it does look like he left it in park. Rookie mistakes all around and it resulted in about the worst ending possible with the exception of somebody getting hurt/killed, luckily that didn't happen.

I cut all the pieces that go into the support and just use screw clips on a couple of them. Toyota makes some but I don't know the part number, I just take them from the junk yard when I need them.
    They look similar to this.

It doesn't have to be as bad as the 3rd gen one though. My father just bought a new Sierra with a 8 speed and you can even tell when it shifts, it just shifts lightening fast and you go faster without anyone being the wiser

that's what happens when you're surrounded by a crowd of people that have no clue what's going on but pretend like they do regardless.

One of the reasons I don't go to that particular OHV park anymore even though it's one of the closest ones to me...too many idiots from around town go there.

Lols will do that when they break then. One of mine just seems like it hasn't popped back into place, has a gap to the outside region towards fender compared to other side. I smacked it a couple times but no satisfying "pop" or fix yet. Might try to pull and re attach

Thanks, I think it ought to go better. I think I was also projecting stress about the holidays onto it
