    Agree. More than anything I've used it learn how to drive for economy on the highway. I've been thinking about a trans cooler. Though, when I look at this chart coupled with the way I drive and my usual fluid change frequency, fluid quality, I think the transmission will last for ever.

    I do have a Hondamatic with insufficient transmission cooling that I need to change the fluid regularly. It's just not a good setup for cooling.

    That's a death trap. No cross bracing and even if it had, "I got these plans off the internet" - yeah, no thx.

    Just pickup some decent jack stands. Safer (as long as you use them properly) and cheaper when you factor in material + paying someone to weld it together for you + whatever additional costs.
