its supposed to be 45 here today, 10 degrees above normal!

I still read Mother Earth News online, It has changed a lot since the 60s though. I am way too old school for most of those back to the land Forums. Members asking about free range Goats How to milk a cow Dry, cracked,chapped hands Are all my Hens Roosters? . Incandescent, florescent or LED, WHATS BEST??? What bugs me most is ignorance to the simple fact that a simpler life means CHORES in all kinda weather. If you can't hack the repetitive around the clock hard work or simply don't know Tits from Tails the Simple life is not your cuppa half caff Latte.

so i am still on the hunt to replace the rubber engine compartment weather/noise reduction strips that disappeared on me a year ago

been thinking very much about what the purpose of them was for

one thing that donned on me this morning is they were purposed to keep the salty roadspray OUT of the topside of the engine compartment as best as they could


but NOBODY on TW i have seen has these weather strips on their engine bay rails so its bewildering me
