Mmm new spark plugs and a clean engine bay to start the weekend.

Also, those little springs in the coil packs are a bitch to replace.

My A/F flange leaked throwing 0420. Fixed it, now the Y pipe donut leaks when it's below 30. CEL, same code, goes away on 50+ days.

Yeah the coil pack boot, gasket, and spring kits are like $3 a pop on rockauto.

 

I should do that on my tacos coils... they’re original at 300k.

Be prepared, it takes a lot of finess to get those springs in.

I've got a lot more pics but didn't want to flood the thread at all.

It was definitely a bring back moment for me as well going through my old pics; even found a few pics of a few point to point DIY preamps and headphone amplifiers I made.

Tungsol tubes were my favorite, and RCA Clear tops were my favorite budget tubes.

 

Dirty clutch fluid. Try the Turkey baster mod.

Me being a mechanic. I try to keep the engines clean. Makes my job a lot easier when I need to work on something
